Hi all!
Heres some things I would like to know:
Where can I get Meguiars Gold Class wax at? I detailed one of my friends' Intrigue Saturday and was going to use a can old Gold Class he happened to have, but I opened the can up and little flakes of rust were all down in the wax. So I wound up and waxed his car with some Mothers carnauba cleaner wax and that produced some nice results. I cleaned all the rust junk out of the can and I got some Meguiars cleaner wax yesterday. I cleaned off the rear quarter panel yesterday and went over it with the cleaner wax, and followed it up with the Gold Class, and I was pleased with the results. The can is nearing empty and I wanted to pick up some more. I've heard you can get most of the stuff locally, but Walmarts dont have any around here, but the Super Wal/K-marts might have some. BTW, I made that Intrigue look really good, IMHO
It seems pretty sure of itself cruising at about 80 mph too
I'm going to detail one of my other buddies car tomorrow. Which wax do you think I should use? The Mothers or Meguiars? I'm thinking Meguiars.
My other question is about 3M products. I seen in Walmart the other day the rubbing compound and this other things, made for light scratches and swirls. Are these any good?
Thanks for the help,
Grant
