Pics as promised. A fine amount of work and I'm pleased with the results. The one pic show a little wax dust, but it's now gone :).

There are many pics, and I broke it down by process and products used. 56K Beware...Pic Whore on the loose

Thank you! When I got the car in January of 2002, the car was a wreck (detail wise). It took me about a full year to get out all of the stains, clean up the leather, get rid of a funky smell...and that was just the interior. I'll go so far now as to have terry towels to put donw so when it rains, do shoe goop gets on the mats.

The outside was nuts too when I first got it. There were more pine needles and crap in the engine that I could find. They just kept popping up! Everywhere! I don't know where the previous owner lived except that in jersey, but I can tell you...he was not detail oriented :stuart: .

Thanks again!! BTW--By your Avatar I see you have a G35..SWEET! Coupe or Sedan?

That's funny, one of my previous cars was a VW (jetta 1.8) and I had the same problem with pine needles. They seem to be attracted to VW's. :D I did a similar restoration on my current car so I know how much work it is. All I can say is you did a fantastic job, it's very rewarding, isn't it?

My G35 is a sedan now, used to be a coupe.

Hah, if I had $1 for everytime I heard that. :) Believe it or not I like the sedan better, but that's for another thread. Again, awesome job. I kind of want you to clean my interior after seeing those pics. :P

Yeah I like both ALOT. May be my next car. I wish they made a hot Sport Wag similar to the A4 Avant..but not as big as the FX.

BTW--I'd love to do your interior...but the drive would be hell.
