Well when they FIRST responded I would have sided with you.. they bustin ur balls a little too much. But as far as I could tell, both of them not only apologized when they realized it bothered you, but also tried to give helpful advice. I don't understand why you are still talking trash back to them after they tried to fix the situation.

Do you want me to say it again? I'm sorry you took my comment the wrong way, I probably should have worded it differently so it didn't sound so condescending and more accurately conveyed my point.
