Did you try contacting anyone here? If you have a problem with your order, or you think the shipping is too high, or whatever...give me a call and I will make it right. Simple as that. In the future, please call me before posting publicly regarding the issue.

Either call in the order, or include a link with a total (product price + shipping cost) to the competitors' site in the shipping comments of your order. Assuming it's legit, the price will be adjusted before your card is charged.

I emailed customer service on tuesday about the order and got a response an hour before i got the UPS quantam view shipping confirmation....on wednesday.
