I make yo ride bling!! :)
So i took a visit at some local parts stores n such 2day and strolled across a few items of interest and decided to give em a chance. im a believer of always trying something atleast once. what i picked up...

1. Zymol Detail (wax enhancer and finish) - i know the zymol waxes are a decent product, but that is all i have used from zymol, so i picked it up.

2. Black Magic 2 in 1 Engine Shine - i have used the tire foam alot and really like it, not a fan of their wax. so BM is 1-1 in my records. this is *supposed* to be a degreaser and shine in 1.

3. Lexol Leather Conditioner - have used it in a former job, seemed like a decent product and have seen some online stores with this in their line up and decided to add a bottle to mine.

4. Shining Monkey D-Spec Detailer - this product really caught my eye. the store had bout 5-6 of their products and i thought and thought and decided to give the detailer a try for starters :) i have heard the brand name b4, but dont remember who/where i heard it from.

5. Invisible Glass (spray bottle) - i have this in the cans, just thought i would compare any diff between the canned stuff and the spray bottle.

any1 else use or have any prior exp with any of these at all? mostly curious bout the Shining Monkey product line. but lil more info on any of the items would be interesting to hear. if the weather holds up, might give few of these a try to fill up my sunday afternoon :)

I tried it a few weeks ago. It is ok. Not something I would buy all the time. Did an ok job cleaning the engine. I had to use the whole can. As for the shine part, it leaves it matte looking. Kinda streaky and greasy for me, but I only used it once. It also left greasy residue on my fender which I had to QD off. all in all, I give it a 5.5 out of 10

thanks for the info, i figured 1 can wouldnt go real far, i actually picked 2 cans up though. the overspray on a fender i kinda expected also, but i always start with the engine bay 1st when doin a vehicle, so my thought was of washing afterwards anyways. :)

Next time pick up some of the Shining Monkey No Spitting Tire Spray. I love that stuff and order it three cans at a time. I wish someone around here carried their line.

If the Zymol is the blue bottled one made in Chicago, I tried it, didn't get blown away by it.
Not much lubricity, so it should only be used after a wash, IMO.

I have both the can and the bottle and have been using Invisible Glass for a number of months now, and find it does a good job cutting anything that is on the glass. I prefer the spray bottle 'cuz you can control the spray and quantity alot better.
