Found a use for the stock PC pad!! (pic inside)

BTW, there are some who IMHO have quite a bit of detailing experience who speak well of the stock PC 7424 pad. Because of negative reviews I simply set mine aside and have now only picked it up and so far I have to admit, this pad seems to be great for fine polishing such as Megs No 9. The question, has anyone actually tried this pad or has everyone taken anothers word on it being inferior? At this point I can find no fault with it and considering that there are at least some who seem to get a good result with it I am now taking a closer look.

Actually I have only had it a little while but have never used it for the same reason you posted. What I have used it for and it works very well is to set it on a MF and use it to remove wax like #26 etc.
