Forget looks, what gives best protection?

I know the majority of threads are talking about good protection and looks. But I am wondering for my Tahoe, what will give me the best protection. The car is 24/7 outdoors. Some people have said Rejex, some zaino. I don't car so much about how it looks, just want protection. I have tried many things on my vette and have choosen p21s for that. But looking for something strong for the tahoe since it is exposed to the elements all the time.

Paint will be clayed and buffed out before applying what ever product.

Thanks.

In my experience #16 is great protection wise. I know many will suggest Zaino, I have yet to try it so cannot comment. Collinite 845 may be another solid choice, you should be able to find it locally as well.

I would say Klasse All in One and 3 coats of Klasse Sealant Glaze. Klasse SG is hard to work with though but it definitley pays off with the amount of protection it gives.

My everyday driver is a 92 Bonneville SSEI and it is outside 24-7/ 365 and it is in great shape. The S100 is an awesome product and last's, 3 Month's now on the last wax and still has great shine and protection.

Good luck,

Awsome. Thank you guys. I am not going to be waxing the tahoe but every few months, and the sun is going to be attacking alot, so I am going to go with a sealant.

Thanks again.

Zaino won the Guru Reports' Wax Test primarily because of its durability and protection. It lasted quite a bit longer than any of the others tested(including Klasse and Collinite).

I can get nine months easily with one coat of Z5 on a 24/7 outdoor vehicle.

P.S. don't forget about the great UV Protection. No faded paint! :bigups

IMO, I wouldn't use(or fully trust) anything else in the 'ultimate protection' department.

When it comes to durability, Zaino wins hands down. Zaino is like the Lance Armstrong of sealants. (although Zaino has more balls! lol ) The great thing about Zaino is you get both looks & durability from their system.

I've had good durabilty from NXT on all 3 of out 24/7 outdoors cars. . .

my MR2 had like 3-4 coats of it and it lasted well over 6 months

Very funny- and tasteless comparison. :down
