Ford Ranger (inside detail)

Tex Star Detail

Formerly TexasTB
Had a detail this morning. I was planning on doing the entire truck, but the rain had other plans. Just did the interior today. Was a rush job to beat the rain coming. I lost by 30 minutes.:D

Wipe all panels with Megs APC 1:4
Dress panels with Quick Detail
Windows with Invisible Glass
Seats, carpet, and armrest with Folex.

Total time...about an hour and 15 minutes.

In the last pic, the pedals were dressed with PB's TR After the pic was taken. Also, the passenger seat looks dirty on the side....It is just wet still. Had to run the heater for a bit to dry them up.

Nice job...damn, it seems like it raining everywhere today.

Quick question, how do you like the Folex for carpets ad seats as opposed to something like Woolite? Is Folex easy to extract?

Nice.
You use an extractor or Shop Vac?
What's your process and products?

Thanks Chris.....

Shop vac....no extractor....yet.I am in the market for a Mytee, but my funds will not allow it at this time.
Process and products used are posted in the first post.

I have not used Woolite yet, so I do not know the differences. I know that Folex is close to $17 a gallon though. As for exctracting it, I don't. I mist the fabric/carpet and let sit for a few minutes. (damp, but not soaked) I then blot and/rub with a terry towel. Sometimes it takes 2 passes.
