For those who suggested a BLUE bowtie, instead of black or gold

For the "Old Schoolers" who prefer the original blue bowtie, I did this today with cheap vinyl tape to see how it looks.

What do you think?

IMO, the more subtle the bowtie, the better. Your blue, again IMO, would look better if it was darker, like the OEM Chevrolet color of years past.
The original color was almost navy blue.

It was, but since I had a few people suggest blue (like the Original), I mocked one up with some blue vinyl tape (just for laughs). I took it off right after the picture. So it`s black again

Who would have thought that a little blue vinyl tape would DOUBLE the value of a Chevy truck:lol:
All kidding aside, the OEM gold bowtie is what looks best on a Chevy truck in my (cheap) opinion.

I`m still a fan of the black bowtie and think it`s the best option.

I would plast dip it red. Black second choice.
