Following up with clients

There is no cure!
Do you guys follow up with clients via email, phone call, ect? I would like to send out an individual email, following up on the detail, making sure everything was taken care of, and to just see hwo the combo was holding up...

I call the next day as a follow procedure just to make sure that they are happy with the results.....everyone likes it...I also feel that it shows that I care and it might get me some referrals or another car they may have

In my line of business (not deatiling lol) I always follow up, one of the most important things you will ever learn in any business. You just never know, I had a gentleman referred to me the other day with a huge house on the beach in Jersey, looking to refi it and pull a wad of cash out to pay down the mortgage on the home here which is large as well.

Called up an adjuster today questioning something on a clients account, now I may do a multi-acre land deal out in GA. You never know...:)

Plus it's just good to do, nothing beter then "referral" business.

It's good to do, any successful business person will tell you that.

However, I should really do it more.

The key is to be "pleasantly persistent".

Couldn't have said it any better! I follow up with clients as much as I can, it's important that I know I'm doing a good job and that my clients are satisfied. If you can do a follow up in person and they have a friend with them, you could always score more work too :D

Couldn't run my business with out Calling back. Referrals run my business. Word of mouth sustains it. In any business rapport plays the biggest role when you are selling SERVICE. Customers like to feel appreciated. They love to receive that call the next day when the sealant is at it is best.

That is of course if you have done a good job. If you aren't happy with your completed projects don't call!
