Foam polishing pads

Do any company in the US manufacture foam pads?
Or do anyone know any company outside the US that does?

Why I asking! I need about 100.000 pcs :jump
What I want is 4" Yellow pads for the Cyclo!

And I looking for the manufacturer so I can make a partnership for the Scandinavian countries.

I know one LC (lake county) - pretty decent pads.
