I read the thread below, but i have a question.



I bought some Mags foam pads today and did the Mags three step process on my black truck.



I loved the pads and plan on buying lots more-$1.67 for 2 at Walmart.



I washed the pads with my MF towels-twice. Some residue must remain in the pads. Am I right about that, and if so, would this residue effect a different product if used for that products' application?



They are cheap- but I tell which one I used for polish and which for wax.

www.meguiars.com sells them for $5.88 or so for 12 for them (Meguiar's consumer catalog.)



So the next time you want to order some Meguiar's products (mainly mirror glaze and body shop stuff.) Load up on 24, 36, maybe 48 applicators.



I use my foam applicator pads, wash them in the wash with a towel load then use them again. Once they seem dirty (after about 3-5 uses) I throw them out.



Some Autopians just use it once and throw them out.
