Foam Cannon Gun Lance attachment test

Yes, I agree it would need an adapter. I just located the part and suggested it would need another adapter. I'd call them up to see what size the male end of the Adapter A is and then pick up something like these Hex Couplings. There has to be an easy way to attach this to the Karcher adapter A.

Hex Couplings - Brass

It'll be good for those to save the money and eliminate the purchasing of a new gun/hose for the Karcher bayonet pressure washers.

Maxpsi...let me know what the specific size is after you talk to them.

If someone finds out which brass adapter work for the combination of the Karcher adapter and the camspray FoamCannon please post it. I am interested as I own a Kracher pressure washer and am looking to get a Foamer for some kind for next summer.

Ok here is the information for those WITH a Karcher Bayonet style pressure washer.

For the Foam cannon to work you will need either.

1. Purchase new gun and hose $$$

2. Karcher adapter A / plus a Coupler.

Called pressureparts.com and he said that part#331212 $6.50 - Coupler, Twist 22mm x 22mm would fit the Karcher Adapter A.

Awesome. Thanks for figuring that out for everyone...

Thanks allot! I am leaning more towards the universal parts than the adapters

because I have a husky that puts out more PSI "1850" and a karcher that has 1750 like yours

Well i just got my foam cannon in the mail 2 days ago and have been very anxious to try this bad boy out! So today I will finally get a chance to have a go and test it out. I am using a karcher gas 2400psi washer. Hope it works good!!! It better for $80..LOL

Nice videos! tx for sharing, the foam cannon sure produced great thick foam withh all three shampoos on the video.

In the pictures, looks like the foam cannon forces the soap through a very cramped wire mesh.

Thats great news. Did you try it with the foam cannon yet????

nope it is fits perfect and I attached it to my karcher fits perfect!

I will wash it maybe tommrrow morning if I wake up early and the weather allows, I washed my car this weekend and it rained :(

but I will try my best tomorrow

on a side note: how can I change the bottle on that thing?

my only problem is the tube inside the bottle and filter at the bottom

of the stock tube, anyone know how thick "I am guessing 10mm" or how to get the tube longer?

maybe heat it up?

I wish I had known about that Karcher adapter months ago. None of us would have to go through the trouble of doing a group buy to get it from the UK (well, USDM wouldn't have needed to go through that trouble).

The quality control on the autobrite karcher adapter is $hit. I don't see how anyone can make an adapter that BARELY adapts. There's just no excuses, even if it's a mass-produced product. I'll have to look into replacing my adapter now as it requires so much muscle power for me to attach my foam lance to my karcher gun.

Cool! I'm glad all the fittings work and fit well :xyxthumbs

I was going the route of purchasing from the UK (autobrite karcher foam cannon) and then just decided to replace the hose and gun (Lowes). After all of that I then located the fittings that will work with the Karcher Bayonet owners LOL.

Oh well, I'm glad others might save a few bucks and/or time with the information. I know that this site has provided great information and tips for me. Thanks too all that share and post on the forums!

Something tells me you might be responsible for a large number of foam cannon purchases. :D

Thanks allot maxpsi!

you called and asked although you didn't even need it, what a sport! :)

How did you manage to deal with with the small bottle that came with the

cam spray foamer? the only problem is the tube as it needs to be longer

to fit the new longer bottle, also did you change the filter at the bottom

of the tube or it works without it?

The bottle can be easily replaced with most 32 oz spray bottles. Heck, if you want to get ghetto and cheap you can use a 2 liter soda bottle. The tubing can be purchased at your local hardware store. It should cost you about a quarter or less for a foot of new tubing. You can pop off the old filter from the old tube and put it in the new one. IIRC, I believe the tubing size is 5/8" of an inch. Just take your old tube with you so you can find the right size.

tubing size is incorrect, it is 5/13" found in h-depot in plumbing section.

I tested it out today and everything was perfect and the foam gun is just amazing to say the least!

It really just makes washing the car a whole lot of fun doesn't it?
