Well I couldn't resist so I decided to pick up some Four Star UPP and Ploycharger from AG. Hopefully I'll get a chance this weekend to try it out.
 
Just got done using Four Star UPP with Polycharger. IMO it definitely goes on and comes off as easily as FMJ. I also think its as slick if not slicker than FMJ. Thanks to everyone who suggested UPP!!!

Let us know what you think about it's durability down the line.
 
If we are talking ease of application an old product with not much durabilty but looks good and goes on easy is Pinnacle Liquid Souveran. It is not as slick but it sure does look good and as the thread asks....goes on easy.
