FMJ Questions

Hi,



Just a couple quick questions...

1. How long do I need to wait before layering FMJ?

2. I got hold of a can of Meg's #16... any benefits to applying that over the FMJ? Are they even compatiable with each other??

wait 12-24 hours...

if you use 16 then no more FMJ layering...

hgas is also good for layering with FMJ..



I will Hgas it then fmj and then Hgas again... after a wash..(in the winter)

I only wanted to do 2, maybe 3 layers of FMJ.

I guess what I mainly wanted to know is if the #16 would be decent as a topper once or twice a month after the layers of FMJ.

Or would that be overkill?
 
If it makes you happy. Go for it.



Never tried 16 over FMJ, but do it and see if you like it. Seems perfectly normal to top it every month or 2 for looks.

I would say sure.... why not If it doesn't look good you can always start over... But it will look good. it always does with the right prep...
