Monday morning I called them to amend the order to include bag and an extra velcro pad and Powerhouse was awesome to deal with. I am happy I ordered the bag. I plugged it in to test and found it felt solid and had significantly less vibration compared to PC. I was never able to use 6.0 on PC which would leave my wrist numb. The flex was cranked up all the way without any hand/wrist issue. I can't wait to try it out. The only fault so far is that it is a noisier than the PC. No big deal, will start wearing ear plugs or headset.

I bought Justin's (jsatek) 3401 and had a go at my mom's CRV this weekend. I really liked the machine and it did clean up defects faster than the PC.
The Flex did want to pull me around a bit. Most of the time it was under control but there were a few instances where it felt like it wanted to run back into its box.
I was trying to figure out which direction it pulled the worst but didn't quite get it. It also felt harder to do up and down motion rather than side to side. For example on a side panel going front to back was much easier than top to bottom. This was weird because with the PC I was used to going side to side then up and down numerous times to break up the polish. As with everything though I'm sure more experience will help.
