Anybody know whats up with AG's shipment of Flexes? I ordered mine on November 22 and I spoke to them a while ago and they said a shipment should be comming in this week. I ordered way before they posted the sign that said the next shipment will come January. IIRC... initially, they sold their 1st batch (pre-orders) and since then, they are waiting for their next shipment, which might have gotten delayed since the demand is pretty high for them (let's remember there are other on-line vendors ordering them too). the best thing to do is call them and find out for sure. heck, i would also like to know...

Man, I am really thinking about ordering one... I like the idea of it, but I'm not sure it I would need it as I have both a PC and a rotary. I've been wanting a true comparison with the flex and a rotary, but I have yet to see one...
 
Guys....I just spent 10 bucks on the viking package..I asked you all to stop me from buying stuff...I havent bought anything yet...I need help...If I was poor it wouldnt be a problem..:help:
 
Ok, I asked this previously in this thread, and was told that the 15% or 20% off coupons at AG do not apply to polishers.



Guess what?



The new 15% off code works on polishers!



What I can't figure out, though, is whether it will apply to the Flex since it isn't in stock?

yeah, before you couldn't use any coupon codes for the flex. i'm sure it still is applicable as they would of blocked it if it wasn't when you enter the coupon code...

Nobody was saying that they never apply to polishers. The coupon code you mentioned at the time did not. Also, out of the 10,000 coupon codes AG has released in the last 365 days this is probably only the 2nd or 3rd that you can actually use on a polisher.

I would say if you want a polisher, now is the time to order one from AG.
 
Don't forget to add in "free gift" in the coupon text area. As well, if you're ordering a small order be sure to factor whether free shipping coupon "ago" is better than just 15%, which I doubt.

Thanks Frostydog. I can't tell you how many times I put the damn Metabo in/out of "the shopping cart" but always backed out. Every one seems to love the Flex and the comfort that it is still safer than the orbital is nice. I have 2 cars with the ceramic or hard clear coat and the PC just wasn't doing it for me. Just waiting for confirmation on the order with tracking # then will order pads, most likely the LC CCS 6.5" set. Hope it comes with the new soft version of the 5.5" BP, we'll see.

I'll be doing the same thing. I got an e-mail from Detailed Image stating that the Flex has shipped. :)
 
Just talked to CMA. My Flex shipped this afternoon. Said they got in a small shipment and were able to fill some orders. There is a Santa Clause. Now all I have to do is convince my wife thats where it came from. Maybe I better make a trip to the Jewerly store.
 
only 300 flex came into the US till mid Jan. Power house was suposed to get 100, Auto geek and cma 50 each. and the little guys 10. (some went to canada).



As of earlier today (10 am) Detailers Domain still had 7 remaining

There's a post on Autogeek's forums saying that they are sold out and that they are no longer taking pre-orders.



Phil from Detailer's Domain posted this afternoon on S2KI.com that he now only has 5 left (could be less than that now).



I couldn't say if Detailed Image or Power House Tools still has any left.
 
the new one, i confirmed that with phil today. His do not have the red velcro, he has the black velcro with foam backing.



I received my new replacement from power house today.
