I was just offered an opportunity at a local car lot that has roughly 350 - 400 cars/trucks/suv that need to be cleand twice a week. I am struggling with getting pricing together and could really use some help/advice. They will provide dio-water.



Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
What needs to get done? I'm assuming just car washes right? No need to dress tires? No heavy cleaning? I think the going rate is $1-2 per car. Buy you products in bulk. DI water is the way to go because you don't need to dry.
