Fk1000P, Zaino or Black Fire Wet Diamond?

Looking to order some LSP for my daily drivers 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee silver and 2010 Nissan Maxima Navy Blue. I live in the Rust belt (Chicago) so I would like a long lasting LSP. I typically apply 2-3 times a year (May, August, November).

I have been using Zaino for the last 2 years (ZAIO topped with one coat of Z2) and it has just run out and now I am thinking there might be somthing better out there!

I have heard great things about FK100P but have read reviews that it is difficult to remove. I have heard great things about BFWD but it double the price of FK1000P.

Thanks for your help!

I use mostly zaino and BF wet diamond some of the time. IMO when it comes to ease of use, it does not get much easier. I will not even consider a LSP that is hard to apply or remove.

I have also used Zaino for many years. I used BFWD A week ago for the first time and love it. I think it goes on and comes off easier tha Zaino if you can believe that. Look very good on dark colors.

I use both FK1 and Zaino. Both are easy to apply/remove. However in cold weather I had dificulties with Zaino.

PS: I apply lsps with a buffer.

zaino , the only thing that I use on my personal cars as well as my high dollarcustomers. the deepest gloss, 6-7mo protection, and probably the most ingenious beading action out there.

However, a little pricey i just spent $85.00 on

1- Z2

1- ZAIO

1- Z6

2- Z7 wash

I also leep a bottle of Z8 on hand.

This is a process, but can make any car turn into a head turner

Blackfire excels in looks and ease of use. Too early to tell how well it protects (not beads) for me. 1000p is decent but application is harder than Z or BFWD. Zaino beads for a long time though.

dont get me wrong, I am not the one to say protection = bead strength, however it is a good selling feature.

I cant speak for bfwd (hear great things) but was thinking about placing an order

I've tried all three and BFWD is the easiest to use, and looks the best IMHO. It's the only sealant I use now. I apply with a LC gold pad with my PC.

I agree totally ,Zaino Rocks ! the only down side is winter temperatures....trying to use it in the cold sucks....hours and hours later after applying ,its still not ready to come off....recently , I bought a bottle of BFWD , I tried it just on top of the car , I think Z2 followed by Z 8 kicks its butt.....but if BFWD is doable in the cold , it will be my alternate.

I dont mean to belittle BF at all, I have used it very very little as mentioned above.....these two sealants are top contenders , I look forward to more testing with BFWD.....different colors and type of paints will differ as well.....all of the experimenting makes it fun ! :)

Not sure of the durability on BFWD but FK1000p is great apply real thin wait till it passes the "swipe" test and buff off I never h ad a problem with it

I don't intend on this to be a thread jack, but I want to try some BFWD, but the only place I can find it is Detailedimage. Is there anyother place that stocks this?
