Hail the power of Quattro
This is a bit of a continuation from this thread:

Well, I had some extra time today and decided to try to fix this little blemish as best as I could. I was a bit hesitant because I had never wetsanded, but at the same time, there was a point a few years back when I hadn't used a PC either. The touch up paint I got from Audi is a two part process; one being base coat and the other one being clear coat. After I got the area prepped and painted, I wetsanded with 2000 grit sandpaper. I used the sandpaper and SSR1 inbetween coats to make sure the base coat was smooth. I used SSR1 because the only other light polishes I had were both versions of PwC. I've been needing to make an order for some products that I'm running out of and need to pick up some Pro Polish while I'm at it. It definately would have come in handy today. After the clear coat I again sanded and polished with PwC Blue. After 3 or 4 passes, it was looking pretty good again, but there were still some fine scratches in the paint. I know the rest of the area is a bit dirty and I'll be sure to post some pictures of her when I get around to detailing her this weekend. Here is a picture of the final product.
I know it isn't perfect, but I think it's a great improvement.
