Fixing poor touch up job

I have a client with a solaro that is in great shape that he wants detailed tomorrow, but he had a small problem applying some touch up paint to the hood. He applyed way to much and now it looks like a gloopy mess, and he'd like me to fix it for him. Should I sand it down or what? I have absolutely no experience fixing touch up paint, so I need some advice. Thanks!

Use your highest abrasive or wetsand it. I doubt you can do anything but remove paint. Maybe try a claybar.

I have a small scratch that was touched up pretty lousy by the last owner, what exactly does this LANGKA do? Does it just take off the touched up area or all the paint around it?

Thanks!

Goof off, it will take touch up paint off, but you have to work fast and clean the area thoroughly afterwards.
