Fix-able with PC?

Hi Everyone,

Not sure if this is the right place to post, Mods please move if necessary.

Got into a fender bender the other day, wondering if this could be fixed w/ a PC. I buffed it w/ a PC and LC Orange pad with OC and IP. A lot of improvment but scratches are still visible from 3-4 feet away. Along with ding, guys think it can be pulled out? :sign

My next step is to touch up and wet sand, any tips? Here are some pix:

Thanks for any input.

Nope. That cannot be fixed with any amount of polishing.

When the paint is totally gone there isnt much you can do.

You may be able to remove the white marks though. Are those paint or scratches?

I can see that the clear has been completely removed on a couple spots. You can def. remove some of the scratches around it though...and you might be able to find some clear coat and build it up, then wetsand it down and polish to cover that spot from rusting.

Thanks for the input, would you guys suggest touch up + clear as a DIY? I've never used touch up before but I've wet sanded.

It's hard to tell in the first pic, but the other pics with the white marks I believe can come out with some light wetsanding with 2500 grit.

You could probably buff the sanding marks out with the PC and an orange or yellow pad on that soft lexus clear.

Tell us what you see...the pictures are somewhat hard to see about how bad it is. Do the fingernail test...run the nail over the scratch, if it catches, it will need some wetsanding...PM, i can walk you through the process if you want to try...
