after years of research on autopia i've finally got the pc.

washed, 1z paint polish (green one), show car glaze #7, and yellow wax #26. I couldnt find my S100 damn! so 26 had to be my choice of wax.

overall the pc REALLY amazed me  . at higher speeds i think the pc is most effective. my paint is fair even though i do alot of hand polishing. boosting it up to 5-6 on the pc really worked my paint out smoothly!

thanks autopia! i'm pretty sure you guys get these kinds of post very often but i had to! everyone out there go get a pc!

finished product (pc work done on the first 7 pics)

Really great Job!!!! Looks dripping wet. I guess the only thing nothing but a repaint can fix is the cc failure on the rear bumper. Other than that the rest of the car looks superb!

DSVWGLI, I used those lake county constant pressure orange pads. they worked great! used their white pads too

so is the 1z line done with? I noticed a lot of places are starting to drop their products for 1z. If so i think i'm gonna conserve

I haven't heard anything about that, I'm still able to order it from carcaresmart.com. I think it's about people wanting to try new products and suppliers not being able to stock every product. I also think 1Z polishes will be around a long time as they a are quality product.

Agreed 100%!! I just tried a small test spot on my new (to me) '98 Tacoma XCab 4x4 with a polishing pad and 3M FCRC and was very excited about the results (surface marring and swirls knocked out). Once it gets above 10 degrees here, I'll use it on the whole truck. I apply @ 3, and go to work @ 5-5.5

And BTW - on the close up rear quarter shot, how the hell do you have NO orange peel?? Looks great! :xyxthumbs
