Dang, great job and congratulations on the new car. Great clarity and gloss, and tons of flake pop. How are you liking the Fusion? What options does it have? Cool car and sweet detail.
 
Yow, that's some wet and flake popping paint! Nice combo of products, they certainly worked well for you. Either one of the waxes will look great on top of the UPP. +2 on how you like your Fusion.
 
As you can tell by the transit stickers I've only had it since last Wednesday. The wife, kid and I went on a road trip up to the Twin Cities over the weekend to see some family and the car was perfect. Very little road noise/engine noise even at 80mph.



It's a V6 SE with the side curtain air bags and the 'sport' package which adds machined wheels and fog lamps. I'm still getting to know the car and I'm in my 'honeymoon' phase but right now I love it. :spot I'd strongly recommend a test drive of the V6 (the 4 banger had too much engine noise and downshifted like crazy going up hills with cruise control on) if you are in the market for a smallerish family car.

The back of the car really reminds me of the 5th generation Prelude!



I have to admit, the Japanese designer for Ford is making their cars look a lot better.

Most people say the headlights remind them of the Prelude. :nixweiss

Does yours also get a touch of amethyst in certain lighting conditions? Like a very faint purple thing going on. I don't know, maybe I drink too much. :faint:
