This will be my first detail and I am excited. After a lot of research this is what I decided to get.

-Porter Cable 7424 with a 6" counterweight and hook and loop backing pad

-Poorboy's Kit (SSR 2.5 and SSR 1, Natty's Paste Wax, Spray & Gloss, Spray & Wipe Waterless Wash, 6.5" Gray Finishing Pad, Orange Dual Action Light Cutting Pad, and White Dual Action Polishing Pad, along with 2 Cobra Indigo Microfiber Towels)

-Klasse Concours Kit (AIO and Sealant)

-303 Aerospace Protectant

-Pinnacle Poly Clay Bar

-6 Cobra Microfiber Towels

I will not be cleaning the engine compartment, I think this is a decent way to go. Let me know if I am forgetting anything important. From what I've read Im assuming the order I will be appying these will be as follows:
1. Car Wash
2. Clay Bar w Poorboy's Spray & Wipe Waterless Wash
3. SSR 2.5 or 1 (If I use both do I use the 2.5 first?)
4. Klasse AIO
5. Klasse Sealant
6. Natty's Paste Wax
7. Poorboy's Spray & Gloss

Is this correct? Also, after I use the SSR can I go straight to AIO or am I supposed to use something on those areas before I apply the AIO. Thank you

1. Car Wash
2. Clay Bar w Poorboy's Spray & Wipe Waterless Wash
3. SSR 2.5 then 1
4. Klasse AIO
5. Klasse Sealant
6. Natty's Paste Wax
7. Poorboy's Spray & Gloss

Those are the steps. I'd be inclined to skip the Orange pad until you've had some practice. SSR2.5 comes before SSR1.
Step #7 is not necessary until you are dusting the car with a microfibre.
I detest Klasse Sealant, but I do lay a sealant down in winter. If you have the time/weather, just apply Nattys every month instead of a sealant.
These Steps are fine

Sounds like you're going in the the right direction :bigups Just hurry up, the Autogeek sale on the PC is ending today!! Also, you may want to buy a few more white polishing pads, they'll be needed and come in handy so you don't have to wash the one you are getting. I'd recomend using the SSR 2.5 and SSR 1 along with the AIO all on separate polishing pads and use the finishing pad with the Klasse sealant. So 2+ more polishing pads and you'd be set for a long time.

Sounds to me that you have it down! just remember to take your time and work slow so that you get the best results in the back end...one last thing...take some pics!

Thanks, I just ordered a few more white polishing pads. I already bought the PC so Im not worried about the sale ending. I actually bought the PC from CoastalTool and the Poorboy Kit from Autogeek, it seemed cheaper than getting the PC + Poorboy Package from AG. However, I did buy everything else from AG.
