First Proper Polish - Metallic Black

Before I order, is it going to add to the already deep shine I have heard that VM provides?

Is the RMG going to be similar to most any glaze on the market? (I only ask because AutoGeek doesnt carry ClearKote..and I like their fast shipping and discount). Looking for the wettest finish on my dark blue m3....Nattys will be the LSP..maybe with EX-P underneath it..

Before RMG I was using #81 Meguiars Hand Polish but RMG is so easy by PC, dissolves into the paint with hardly anything to wipe off.

Thanks for all of the info, guys. Rich thanks for answering my questions here and via PM. I swear $16 here and $14 there really starts to add up into the hundreds in no time. :scared:

No probs, I try not to add it all up, just be thankfull you dont have to have you bits shipped across the Atlantic!

The car looks great Rich!

Like you, I've yet to find the measure of OCP - I seem to "bottle out" before it's done its work!

The VM definitely sounds good though.

Thanks Peter.

OCP is a hard one, need a bit more practice, seems like one to use on finsihes that need some work, so you dont need to worry to much about working it to long. Have a few nastys lined up so think it will come into play then. Saying that I dound SSR 2.5 seemed to do the same job on the same pad quicker, but was not getting the splatter from OCP liuke I do with the SSR's

I have always loved VM my most used product at a guess ( need more - another order lol!) but by PC with a polishing pad I love it even more. Does use more product tough - wonder if it is available in larger sizes?

According to the Clearkote website, the VM comes in pints only. :nixweiss
