First full detailing (pix)

Well somehow I managed to talk my dad into getting a PC and then taking advantage of it.



I spent a whole day

1. PC with megiuar's SMR

2. p21s paint cleanser lotion

3. 'dawn' wash

3. 3 layers of Z2/zfx



next day, 2 hours maybe

1. 3 more layers z2/zfx



I also got a tint job today :D

Don't like putting anything on the tires? I always find this as making one of the most dramatic changes when I do a car. Start out with dull, slightly brown tires and end up with shining, deep black masterpieces.



Otherwise, good job! I wish I had a Mini...:cool:

I only used Z2 because there just didn't seem to be any reason to buy or use Z5...so I saved money and think the results are more than adaquate.



I had put 303 on the tires a few days prior and thought they still looked good enough. If you are all refering to the tread, well some spirited driving will clean those right up!



Thats my dads f-150, actually I detailed it for christmas, but we didnt have a PC at the time, and used low line meguiar's. So while it looked a heck of a lot better than before, it still wasnt up to autopia standars! But detailing it made my dad realize how great a PC would be to have, so he went out and got one even though he was never previously into detailing. He also got 303, and just did my moms car with the PC! So maybe I've created another autopian...and now I can borrow the PC whenever I visit home from school :bounce :bounce
