First Click and Brag 2000 Chevy Impala

Here is my first click and brag. This is my 2000 Chevy Impala 9C1 (police package). I bought it last year with 76,000 miles on it and now I have over 92,000. The paint is original and vehicle never had any holes drilled into it.



Sorry I don't have any befores but three weeks ago I polished it with 106ff ( with rotary white pad 1500rpm) then applied 2 x Z5 pro and 1 x z2.





Yesterday I washed it with ONR and then used Zaino Z-6 yesterday.

If anyone has any suggestions based on the pictures please let me know.



Next time I will take pictures through out the process.
 
looks great but...why do you think it's a 9c1?



that has the wrong wheels and I thought it only came in basic colors



does it have the "SURV MODE" switch?

Yes it does have the surv mode here are a couple more pictures.

The wheels on it are just hub caps underneath them are the steel rims you are used to seeing.

Cleanest Impala I've seen in a LONG time. Great job -- looks fantastic for 8 years old and just under 100k.

Thanks 4cruzin. Its nothing compared to your Acura but maybe someday it will be close.
 
Nice job! Usually the police package cars are really tore up. Do these have HD radiator and hoses like the last generation?



So what does the SURV MODE button do?

No it doesn't have the green garden hoses like the last gen, but the radiator is HD along with the brakes trans cooler and susp. The SURV mode kills all the exterior and interior lights even at night so that when the police sat on the side of the road running radar at night no one would see them.



Its a great car and it has held up well for me. I bought it so I didn't have to drive my mustang in the winter.
