First cars...

Well, in my case truck. I was flippin' through some old photos this afternoon and came across these.

My first vehicle: 1972 Chevrolet Cheyenne-10. My grandad bought it new 1972, gave it to my dad, and my dad gave it to me. This thing was a peach. When I first got it, it had less than 100,000 miles on it. Everything was original with the exception of the heavy duty rear bumper which was my fault and the Cragar rims. It had a nice chrome bumper on there. Whoops! And grandad added the chrome wheels.

It had a 350, 4 barrel carb, three on the tree. I still have the original chrome face AM radio I took out of it to put that two know Pioneer tape deck in the dash. Haha. Good memories. I regret not keeping it around sometimes, but these days I definitely could not afford to keep gas in it. It was a long wheel base with no power steering too - a bear to get into some parking spots.

I don't have a picture of it but I wish I still had my first car in as good of shape as it was when I had it.
My first car was a Blue 1924 Chevrolet coupe with a rumble seat.
It was a 4 cylinder with a leather cone clutch and wood spoke wheels.

Any serious marathon runner of which I was at that time wore those!

However I will give you that they looked totally Village People 80's

1966 Chevy C-10 pick-up. It had a 283 V8 and a 2 speed Powerglide. When I get my 1963 Nova finished I probably get one to restore.

1987 Chevy Cavalier Z24. It was the rare hatchback. It served the purpose until I could afford a Iroc-z.

My very first car was a dark blue 1972 Olds Cutlass Supreme. God I miss that car

My first new car was a 1965 Chevrolet 2dr. Biscayne with a 6 cylinder and 3 on the tree. I purchased it in March of 1970 for 650 dollars. Sorry no pictures. It was puke green and it did not have any shine whatsoever.:redface:
