First black car

Detailer Wannabe
Greetings all! I have been reading the posts in the different forums now for about a month. Lots of great information. I just purchased my first black car, a 2005 Taurus SEL. Nice car for the money. After a few weeks though the obsessive compulsive came out and I started to notice a lot of what I learned through this site would be called webbing or swirling, only visible in sunlight or direct artificial light. Stuff had to go. After studying up here, decided to get the car detailed and possible rotary buffed. Did just that. All looked really good on hood, top and trunk lid. Thought I did a good thing until I saw the sides of the car at sunset. Not terrible but holograms from the buffer on the door panels and fenders, mostly present in the curves of the car. Went back to the detailer and he did some touchup with what appeared to be a slow rotary with some kind of a waffle shaped pad. Looks some better but still not good. Very thin snakey holograms are still present in the right light. Lower door panels still look swirly, like they weren't even buffed. Car looks perfect under most circumstances, but with the sun low in the sky and shining right on the sides of the car I can't stand it. The detailer I went to works out of a local popular carwash. I really like and trust the carwash and this guy but I don't really want to take it back again. I have ordered a pc and would like to tackle this myself, I've always loved shining on a car. Have done a lot of reading but would appreciate any suggestions.
