First Autopian Detail - can't wait!

Hey Moe!

When I got my new car last summer, I had "decent" car-care procedures, but I began to learn so much more, courtesy of this site.

Just when I got confident enough to do a full-blown Autopian-style detail, winter set in. I was happy just to have some IW on the car, which did get me through the winter.

I have a week off for Easter, so I can't wait to try my "menu." Here it is, and feel free to criticize it as needed.

BTW, the car is a dark-gray metallic, with minimal swirling, and a few very small scratches, courtesy of passing vehicles.

Here's the lineup.

-Wash with Griot's car wash, foam gun, Eurow mitt, and two buckets.

-Clay (have Griot's, but may pick up some Clay Magic), using the foam gun for lube.

-Wash again, and dry with WW.

-Polish scratch areas with SSR2.5 and a DAS orange pad with my PC

-Wipe with Meg's Final inspection between steps to see where I'm at.

-Polish car with SSR1, and the DAS green pad.

-Apply RMG with DAS blue pad.

-Natty's blue as LSP (maybe 2X?).

-Wipe with FK1 #425

-Tires with Griot's (for now, street construction has made things dusty, which clings to Meg's Endurance).

-Will get to the interior. It doesn't need much, as I am the only person in the car 95% of the time, and I don't use the car as a dining room.

Again, feel free to comment. I take advice and criticism well.
