FinishKare application....

OK, *finally* got around to detailing our cars (or should I say MY CAR FIRST!!! sorry dear ).



Put on one coat of 2180 so far, was planning on 1 more coat then Pink Wax then FX100.



My question is, should I let the 2 coats of 2180 sit for an extended period of time before adding the PW? Ive read that 2180 looks better and better each day, will adding PW and FX100 stop the 2180 from improving (I assume its because the 2180 cures better as it ages)?



I didnt think it would, but I just wanted to be sure.

They say on their site that you can top 2180 with PW after 20 min. (basically the time to let it haze and wipe off).

I applied 2180, let haze, removed and followed-up after a break for lunch with PW. I was going to wait and apply PW the following week (next day that I could wash and apply wax). I also ready something about 2180 and PW able to cure together, so I just applied PW right after and it was fine. Going on 4 weeks now and beading very much going strong and looking great as well. Just with it would stop raining in the mornings around here for a little bit.
