Finish with metallic then waxpolish soft?

Or should I go from paint polish to waxpolish and skip the metallic Mike? I don't mind the extra steps, just want everything to come out perfect.

We'll see what Mike recommends, but *I* always *THINK* I get a little better finish when I follow PP with MP. It's not really NECESSARY, but I do think it's worth the time and effort.

I have used it a lot of times.

It's the product some car dealers use to prep new cars.

It gives a very clean shine, a new car look.

Works very well on black as it hides some blemishes.

It's easy to use too, apply to a panel, go apply to another panel, go back and remove from the first, and so on.

Here's a car where I've used it:

thanks guys, also:

Can you apply by hand with mf applicator?

If by machine, do you use white finishing pad or the black/gray non-cutting pad with the wp soft?

It works fine w/ a foam or terry applicator and/or PC w/ finishing pad. Polishing pad if you're using it as a *mild* one step product.

thanks jgv, you're so knowledgable about the einszett goodies...i love how I get answers so quick on this forum.

Last question,

Is it better to use a slower speed say 2 or 2.5 with a black finishing pad to appy the wp soft?
