Finish Kare - Leda following up - call back

I just talked with Leda (12 Noon Eastern time). She's leaving messages for us to followup on our orders, says she isn't getting calls back. FYI friends. Hope you all can call and give her the info she needs, she's doing us a favor.



I gave her a suggestion on Friday of another company in the business to talk with re distribution, they have spoken with that co. Hopefully this will get worked out soon.

If you have gotten any calls from a 626 area code but no message, Leda has been trying to contact you, but has received another call while trying to call you (basically she answered the other call). Just give her a call and she will get your payment info and then you will get your invoice via e-mail.

Are any of you getting a confirmation when your order ships?



I imagine she's too busy to do this, but I thought I would ask, to see if any of you are getting one.
 
No word on shipping yet (I believe she's using FedEx). I'll post something as soon as I hear anything from her or FedEx.

I okayed the invoice she sent me on Friday, but haven't heard back. I'm not sure if she's charged my card yet either. I'll give it a day or two.
 
I asked Leda to send me the tracking information and she sent it to me this morning. My shipment is going out today with a scheduled delivery date of Saturday July 18th.
 
I also OK-ed the invoice email Leda sent me on Friday, with no communication since (not that I was expecting any).



Just checked my bank account right now, and it looks like the charge is going through. Here's the thing though, I'm only being charged what she sent me on the original Friday invoice, which was only product cost, and didn't include shipping costs at the time (or so I thought). So I guess we're either paying for product and shipping in two transactions, or the shipping is figured into the original invoice we all got on Friday.
 
She quote me one price and the invoice she sent to me for approval had a shipping charge added to each item individually. My shipping was just under $11 for 3 items.
 
Update: I just received a reply from her, plus a Fedex Shipping confirmation. GoCubsGo, I also should be receiving my pkg on Saturday the 18th.



Just in time to detail, or for me to watch it rain some more. :lol
 
If my invoice includes the shipping costs it has been a very, very good couple of days and Leda deserves a drink or something :spot.
 
She told me that's how they have to handle shipping charges as they don't have any other way to do it :nixweiss

I had a long talk with Leda. She asked me about my experiences with the website. After I told her, I guess her Boss waived shipping.



My CC was only charged one time, and it was for product only.



I'll see if there's a separate charge in a day or two, but I can't imagine them sending out my order and only charging my CC for products only.



Also, I was wanting 15oz bottles, but they only had quarts. I got the quarts cheaper than I could buy the 15oz. LOL

Leda asked me to pass along a message to everyone. Apperently people have been trying to contact FK1usa at a 717-8962 phone number, but this number is being forwarded to a different number which is a ladies personal phone which has nothing to do with FK or FK1usa. This lady is very unhappy and would like people to stop contacting her. Leda asked if we have any product needs or questions to contact her at (626) 443-8983 or by e-mail and she will take care of any questions or requests.

PS - she said about 18 orders went out today, and more will go out tomorrow. Also regarding tracking, if you provided your e-mail address, then Fedex will e-mail you tracking info when it goes out.
