I recently broke my thumb racing motorcycles and during my recovery I neglected to trim my fingernails on that hand for some reason or other. I ended up putting a three inch long series of concentric knicks in the leather of my steering wheel. Is there any way to remedy this? Its really an annoying feeling and doesnt go well with the rest of the interior. Ive heard of wetsanding leather to reduce the appearance of cracks, might this be an option?
