fingernail plish on leather?

Hail the power of Quattro
I have a co-worker ask me today how to remove fingernail polish off of leather. I'm not really sure what the best method would be. Has anyone here dealt with this before? Any suggestions are welcome. I'm pretty sure he is looking for an easy fix, if there is one. I don't think he wants to go the route of ordering online, but if thats the best fix, I'll definately mention it to him. Thanks in advance.

Hhhhhmmmmm, just taking a very wild stab - could you possibly use a diluted amount of fingernail polish or something. I guess the leather would have to be coated or finished. Sorry I can't be much more help.

Here is my stab in the dark ... can't garuntee the results!!!!

There are 2 types of nail polish remover (Acetone and NON-Aceatone) spelling on that is way off! Go for the non-acetone... this is the less harsh of the 2 you might want to try it in a corner or something first ...

Take a cotton ear swab ... and use that you can be more precice ... chances will be pretty good you can remove most if not all with out hurting the leather! (you may want to put something on the areas around the nail polish first to protect it (tape off the area )

hope that helps !
