Been putting on coat after coat. Hahahah. I've switched from the polymer to carnuba. Gives a deeper look, IMO.

This was all done by hand, BTW. I need to get myself an orbital. :yeah
 
Elemental - Your Eclipse looks gorgeous, nice to finally see one on a detailing site. What are you using for your LSP and what do you have underneath it?

Looks good. Im surprised to see they still have the "performance hump" in the hood like on the older gens.

LSP = Last Step Product........ in other words, which carnauba did you use?
 
I've been using some cheap California Gold that I had sitting around. There are so many waxes/polishes out there. Any suggestions? Price really isn't an option, I'm just looking for something that will give me great reflectivety/depth as opposed to wetness/brightness.
 
If money isnt an option, I would go with souveran. But I've been really happy with PB's Natty's. It's really easy to use and produces great results too.
 
If you are a bit short on MF's and want a good carnauba wax I would suggest Victoria Wax's 3 wax kit. There waxes are some of the best I have used and the 3 wax kit comes with a ton of other stuff that you will like a whole lot. Check out their site, it's linked in the top left corner.
 
Wow. With those results, I don't know that I'd be so quick to run out and try something new and higher priced. Looks like the stuff you have is doing a great job. What kind of prep work did you do?

Heck yea, I agree with Jared, your car looks great, if you didn't mention the wax, no one would have guessed correctly. If you had mentioned you used souveran, some of us would have believed you too :rolling .

Can I be greddy to ask for more pics, we don't have eclipse in Asia...the closest I had seen it was in my living room.... Fast n Furious dvd :hippi
