Hi guys,

Last time I tried this post it all went wrong. But I've sorted out my image hosting now.

Car was dawn-washed and then clayed with Zaino Z18. Then polished with Zymol HD-Cleanse, and finally covered in two coats of Pinnacle Souveran... (nothing like using a variety of products! ;) )

Anyway.. here's the results!

DDAAAAAAAYYYYUUUUMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!

:scared :bow WOW!!! I love that car!!!

what kind is it again?? that thing is incredible....... wow........

It's a TVR Tuscan - hand-built in Blackpool in England...

TVRs used to be available in the US through the 80's but the pulled out for financial reasons. I think there is talk of them coming back within the next 18 months or so. There's been a lot of hype about the Tuscan in the US as it was featured in the film 'Swordfish' last summer.

http://www.tvr.co.uk for more info, and a couple of more pictures to keep you happy.. :)

Thanks for all the comments guys! I am just as amazed by how well the car has come out, the Pinnacle stuff is incredible, and it really shows off the swoops and curves of the car.

As for the questions on the car, it is definately Exotic, but I think you'd be surprised if I told you the price! A brand-new Tuscan 'S' goes for £48000 (about $69000) - almost half that of a Porsche 996 Turbo or a Ferrari 360.

The car is powered by a 4.0ltr straight-six (again hand-built), and the spec's read as:

0-60mph in 3.9

0-100mph in 8.1

Top Speed of 195mph

It turns heads like you wouldn't believe (well, you probably could now you've seen the pictures!)

I was going to say that back in the late 70s early 80s when British and English cars were more common in my area I use to see a yellow TVR all the time but now days it's mostly an occaisonal TR6. Are the wheels and tires stock on your car? What profile are the tires? 45s or 40s? Love the tight looking interior, everything is right there.

V,

The tyres/wheels are standard on the Tuscan 'S', or an option on the base Tuscan.

They're an 18" wheel with 235/40 tyres at the front and 245/40 at the rear..
