Ok, ive put off detailing the Lightning long enough. I was going to go the zaino route since using it for the last 3 years but after seeing the Pinnacle Souveran pics on peoples black cars, i just couldnt pass up the opportunity to try it.
So, after 3 days detailing before the car show on sun, i got it done.
Started out with a good ole Dawn wash, then Clay baring the entire vehicle. Afterwards, washed again with Dawn. Moved into the garage and broke out the PC armed with a CMA yellow foamy. Did the entire SMR route and a couple of spots with the Fin II. Washed him again in Dawn and went with the PCL. Used a white pad for this and buffed it until the loton broke down. Wiped it down with a MF towel and laid on the first coat of Souveran. I buffed it off as it was getting dark.
Following day, i added 1 more coat of Souveran after the 24 hour curing process and all i can say is, im most impressed. Thanks to everyone who posted pics of theiir hardwork showing what a great product Pinnacle makes. Had i not seen it here, i would still be using Zaino.
