My Edge 2000 system is on the way, and I thought I should ask a few questions (who better to ask than the manufacturer right?) :D. Anyway, I have been using DP polishing pad rejuvenator to clean all my other pads and was wondering if that would be cool for the Edge pads as well. If not, what do you reccomend I use? Also, I have a foam pad "conditioning brush" which I really dont use a whole lot......do you reccomend it's use on the Edge pads? Thanks a lot. I cant wait for my 2000 system to get here.
 
I don't see why you couldn't use DP on Edge pads.

FWIW, I don't bother brushing my pads at all. 15 minutes in the DP and a little rubbing with my fingers and they're nearly as good as new.
 
Lots on here use DP+Edge.
I use Edge+conditioning brush to remove dust betwee panels. It breaks down your pad, so don't go too agressive, but reduces pad chatter.
 
I think the brush comes in handy to clean off excess build up as to keep your paint surface clear. Any pad rejuvinator will work ,many soak them and push in washmachine as I do they come out great.
 
I guess what I should have asked was not if I could use the DP PPR, but how rough can I be when I kneed the water out of the pad. Being double sided, I would think that I cant "go to town" kneeding out all the water like I am currently doing with the single sided velcro backed pads I have now. I dont want to damage the glue (or whatever it is) that holds the pads together.
 
Your method will work fine! Just don't machine wash or dry. Use the brush between panels but don't drag it so hard that you dig into the pad. After washing you can squeeze most of the water out by hand and spin on the buffer to completely dry.
