Few minor question from newbie

Where is the best place to get a some Lexol vinyl protectant? Any suggestion online or at a auto parts store?



Also how do people use Klasse and skiping the wax thing? Thanks

The LVP (Vinylex) can be found at Top of the Line. I don't know if this is best price out there, a local store could be better, especially without shipping and handling.

ON second thought vinylex sounds pretty scary. My dash is not shinny at all and I just wanted to protect it and clean it. Do you you recommend any other product thats pretty good.

303 Aerospace is good. It doesn't really produce a shiny finish but more of a new look. It is not as glossy as Vinylex. I think someone had a picture of 3 different dressings all next to each other to show the shine.

I don't know where the picture is but I do have 303, vinylex, armor all, prowax's premo dressing and Prowax's premium blue dressing. I'll go make a picture as soon as I finish reading the boards. Will be a few minutes.

Ok I compared 303, Vinylex, and Armor All



I applied them and let them sit for a few minutes.



The 303 quickly hazed down from the original shine to the dull level you'll see in a min.



The Vinylex stayed pretty shinny. It may have gotten slightly duller.



The armor all actually wax less shinny than Vinylex.



When I felt them you could not tell a difference between undressed dash and dash dressing with 303 Aerospace. Truly awesome!



Vinylex was slightly more slippery. I don't think it left a greasy residue on my hand but I think it would be enough to attract dust.



The Armor All was super greasy and left a greasing feeling on my fingers.



Here are the pics. Hard to tell a difference but you can see how 303 has hazed down. The are from left to right.

No problem, it is raining here so I have noting else to do. Pic of the rain.



I like the 303 because it gives a flay finish. An OEM type shine. It also dries completely and after it has cured for a few minutes it will not come of on your hand like Armor all does.



I haven't really used Vinylex yet to get a good opinion of it. I'll have to apply it to all the vinyl in my truck and then tell you what I think. I've got 303 aerospace on my truck right now.
