Hi all! The racing team and several other Ferrari owners went out to the track on Monday to practice, play, etc. and we had an unfortunate turn of events. One of our pilots and one of the up and coming pilots got into an accident. Sanyi's (Shane) foot slipped off the brake and got caught underneath it and they smacked a wall going about 100 kmph. Sanyi was a bit rattled up and was in the hospital for a few days, but AFAIK he's OK and suffered only a concussion. The other guy was OK, but sad to say, I think he's changed his mind about being a pilot... it's a shame because he was a very good driver. Anyway, here's the CS after the accident. The engine, the important part, is OK so some pieces of the frame need to be changed, lots of body work, etc.
