Ferrari F355 Berlinetta - Rosso Corsa

Hi everyone,

Did this one about a month back. The owner has put on less than 500 miles in the past year (last time I detailed it), but that didn't stop the dealer from tarnishing the finish. One car wash and here's what most of the paint looked like:

Although mostly superficial in nature, the defects still required a 2-step polishing process. The owner requested a paste wax for LSP. My finals were:

-Meguiar's Gold Class Wash (no clay needed)

-EFHI cut 4:1 on tires/wells

-Meguiar's #105 via rotary and LC German Green Polishing Pad @ 1400 rpm

-Menzerna PO106FF via rotary and LC Black Finishing Pad @ 1200 rpm

-#0000 Steel Wool and Zaino Z-AIO on Tubi exhaust

-Zaino Clear Seal on wheels

-Zaino Z16 on tires

-Poorboy's Natty's Blue on paint, glass

love the 355, its so purely ferrari! Awesome work as usual and that last pic is brilliant. :bigups

Sean, great work! I have one question, when you are applying the zaino CS on the wheels, do you spray your applicator first and apply or are you spraying directly onto the wheel and then spreading?

Thanks, andrew

As always, stunning work on a very nice "F" car! :bigups I'd be a bit worried using M105 on this paint as some can be very thinly shot from factory.

Looks like Miller Motorcars garage with all the F430's and 360's there!

Nice to see you back on the forum now and then!:welcome

Regards,

Deanski

Sean that is stick. The F355 is a simply stunning car and it is nice to see you post and post one of these. Great job dude!
