I think Griot's makes the best wax and polish towels. The weave is just rite. Several years ago, Meguiar's used to make the ultimate wipe but it was made with a different weave than what is out there right now. That weave (with the black edges) was one of my favorite towels for quick detailing. I've seen that same towel again but it is offered as a towel for musicians to clean their instruments.
Griot's has a great soft fluffy blue detailing microfiber towel.
I like the dragon fiber blue towel for windows and waffle weave towels for drying. For interiors, Griot's has the green towels which seem alright.
I tried cheap China microfiber several years ago and it was just a waste.
