Favorite glass cleaner?

SIG here too. But nothing's going to remove 100% water spotting as far as glass cleaner goes.

I use SIG too, but I cant find anything other than the dymanite (sp?) glass restoration kit to remove the hard water spots. Any other products?

#0000 steel wool and white vinegar. That's worked for me in the past.

I think any fine abrasived polish could polish out water spots too.

Heck I think Forrest from Mother's had even recommended their metal polish for the job before. I'd have to find the thread on that but it's stuck in my mind.

:think2

If it is really really hard water spotting, polishing would be adecuate. You can also try steel wool.

Ive heard that. I think I heard that mothers chrome polish works great.

I read about Zep concentrate glass cleaner available at Home Depot for $10.00 a gallon. Bought some and I'm not regretting it one bit. One gallon makes 32 gallons of cleaner. Make sure you buy the one that's safe for tinted windows and only mix it with distilled water.

Duragloss Nu-Glass on a LC glass polishing pad is a really aggressive combo. I've taken out some terrible water spotting.

My favorite combo is Surf City Clearly Better glass cleaner along with a surgical huck towell. If there were water spots to deal with, I would use Autoglym car glass polish.

What's so special about Surf City? I'm using el cheapo Sprayway from Sam's and it seems just fine.

fanboyism and people who think 2 dollar glass cleaners aren't as good as 10 dollar ones.

One gallon of the concentrate will make 32 gallons of the window cleaner. Haha

4 ounces of concentrate to 1 gallon of distilled water. Don't know where you got the 32 oz from. Before you go making fun of a post again perhaps you might give remedial reading a try.
