Fathers Day Detail...2005 Audi Allroad

My other home is NABISCO
So my dad has been asking me a lot of questions about cleaning his car recently. I think seeing mine look nice in the driveway makes him envious. I told him just hold off on whatever he was thinking of doing and I would come get the car looking nice. Unfortunatly for me it was 90 and humid all day so I stayed in the garage under the shop lights. Car is 8 months old and has 5k miles on it. It is a Charcoal Black with some nice flake....Happy Fathers Day Pop!

Steps:
Light clay on lower panel- optimum
SSR 2.5+SSR1 -Polish
FMJ-Sealer (X2) for now
Wheels Klasse'd and PB Wheel Sealer
Int- 303 Aerospace
Chrome/Metal- Flitz
Applied w/ PC and Edge Pads

Nice work! I really dig Audi's, especially the Allroads. Those 2.7T's are pretty darn quick! I assume he has the 6 speed? :D

Yup, it is six-speed

The craziest thing on the car is the height adjustable suspension. When I would get in and out of the car while detailing the suspension would make these crazy hissing noises as it adjusted itself

Its not slow...but no match for my car:D

As far as Photobucket is concerned you mite try to change the size on your computer then introduce to photobucket. I had the opposite problem a while back and that seemed to make the difference for me.

I had the same thing happen to me on a Toureg, kinda scares you at first :)

Not meaning to hi-jack your thread, but what car do you have? I've driven an 03 Allroad 2.7T 6 spd. and my friends 03 a6 2.7T Auto, both seemed equally quick but I know the Allroad would be a hell of a lot more fun to drive.

Im not saying its slow, its just all kind of relative. I drive a Stage 2 04 Subaru WRX, which just has a much different feel that the Audi. Granted my car probably weighs 500-1000lbs less than the allroad and has about 30-35 more crank HP. My Dad got the allroad(His 6th Audi) because he spends a lot of time in Vermont on a road that is unpaved and often in very bad shape
