I have only worked on one car in these pics, that will change in the future. :D

The owner of the Ford GT just flew into town to see his new car for the first time. So we all got together for dinner at Prime in Buckhead. After an excellent dinner we got them lined up for some pics.

The car never ran right for any extended period of time. It went back to that same shop a # of times and they could never tune it right.

You may recall this thread when the car was at that shop for the last time. It still upsets me to see the way they treated this car and the owner.

A few months ago, the car blew a head gasket while sitting in a parking lot at idle for 10 mins. :sadpace: The owner and his mechanic installed the proper head gaskets. It could still use a tune, but once warmed up runs pretty darn well. I drove the car from the owners house to his shop a few weeks ago. At 2k RPM in 2nd gear and moderate application of the throttle, the back end breaks loose very easy. :bigups

It still needs a good polishing, I hope to get to that over this winter.

Detailing those GTs is a bit tricky with all the curves and scoops! I'm sure you'll make it look amazing! I have a client who has 4 of them now...yea, 4 gts...haha
