Facebook and Twitter

How many are using Facebook and Twitter to market? I have accounts set up in both. Facebook because so many people are on it, and you can post pictures. Twitter, mostly to send out special discount coupons. I think both have good potential, and they are free.

I'm using a Facebook "Page". I tried to make a profile/account but it was really confusing to me. I put up how-to's and information regarding detailing every once in a while so hopefully people can learn but still be encouraged to visit my page. I send updates out when I do this. I also make photo albums for cars I do.

Every little bit helps I guess.

I just use it to chit chat with friends.

Good to Autogeek there. And it's only a matter of time until we see Autopia.org

there as well. Hint, hint.:2thumbs:

I use Facebook personally, and also have a business "page" for the business.

If you're curious, send me a PM and I'll give you the link.

I use facebook daily. I started it up to network for work related stuff. However it's turned mainly into just another personal page with all the people from High school That I never talked to in the first place now all wanting to be my freind LOL. Haven't got any work off the site.

I use facebook as well, by mostly for personal. I like the features that you can post photos, so you can post your work for your friends to see.

With Twitter, I am posting short car care tips. Only problem is I do not have many followers. I sent out my email newsletter yesterday to my customers. I talked about Twitter and Facebook, and asked them to join.

I have a page as well with quite a bit of fans, I've gotten a lot of interest through it and it's a good place to link people my work other than my site because of the albums I have on it and it's easier to tag the pics and such

still haven't figure out how twitter even works yet. I signed up but have never went back to it.. Is it really just a program telling your followers what your up too?
