Fabric Guards?

I'm looking for a none aresol fabric guard in gallon form.

Anyone ever use the 303 fabric guard, or the CG fabric guards?

Why non-aresol? I have used 303 and it doesn't last very long IMO but I have had good luck with scotchguard and don't laugh- Payless Shoe's fabric guard. Another one that could be better is Ragtopp, here come the flames, it just doesn't bead like I want.

I prefer 303 over any other. I have never had an issue with it not lasting long. 303 is a fave with boaters too.

Ok, the gallon of 303 frabric guard is on sale right now. Then again the CG's frabric guard in gallon form is cheeper not on sale.

Anyone use the CG's product B-4?

I haven't had good luck with durbilty with 303 in the past, but I have to admit I just used it on my trim pieces today and the truck looks banging! The protectant is very nice looking stuff.

Really??? I think 303 is a great fabric protectant....I did a side by side test with 303 FG and Scotchguard and 303 lasted months longer then Scotchguard

To be honest I was dissapointed my 303 protectant and fabric in the past, but I just used an old bottle of the 303 protectant I had in the back of my detailing cabinet and fell in love with it, wierd. I think I will do a test and test scotchguard, payless and 303 fabric before commenting further. :bolt

I will say the one reason I like scotch guard is because it is so easy to use, cheap to buy locally, and I get an even coat, and I always spray everytime I apply my coat of Zaino, about every 4 months and my fabric is always protected. Again, you inspired me to do a test, if I can find something that lasts longer why not?
