Usually your typical F250 Powerstroke is used for towing, hauling, or plowing. This one sees much of those uses but is also this clients baby. While the paint was healthy, in overall fantastic condition, it was lacking the luster and gloss it deserved. The paint was dulled from swirling and poor wash techniques. Holograms in many panels from poor detailing techniques and car buffing. We decided to go with a massive 30 hour paint correction to remove 90% of the surface defect revealing an insane amount of gloss. For those reading this and curious of technique and product, the majority of the correction was performed using M205 and occasionally mixing in M101 or M100 with a microfiber polishing pad. We used 5.5", 3", and custom 1" pads for various regions and areas that we had to improvise to get to.
